What counts as a "client"?
Each of your agency clients connected to the platform counts as 1 slot. Add as many as you need and pay per slot.
Can I switch from Monthly to Annual mid-cycle?
Yes. The difference is prorated on your next charge. Go to Settings → Subscription and switch.
How does the trial work?
14 free days with access to ALL features. No credit card. After that, pick a plan or the account goes read-only.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Monthly cancels at end of current cycle. Annual: keeps access until end of paid year (no partial refund).
Do you issue invoices?
Yes. Every charge generates an electronic invoice sent to the account owner email. To change billing CNPJ/CPF, reach us via the contact form.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Subscriptions in BRL are processed by Mercado Pago with all major credit cards. Pix and boleto via Mercado Pago are rolling out. To pay in EUR or USD (international card / PayPal), reach us via the contact form and we will activate your account manually.
