Terms of Use

By creating an account on Mais Social or using the platform, you fully agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Mais Social is a SaaS platform for agencies and marketing professionals to manage multiple clients, schedule posts on social networks (Instagram, Facebook), produce reports and centralize editorial management.

We provide the service on a monthly or annual subscription, with billing based on the number of active clients in your account.

To use the platform you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for:

• Keeping your access credentials confidential.
• All activity carried out under your account.
• Obtaining authorization from the clients you represent to connect and manage their social accounts.
• Complying with the policies of the integrated platforms (Meta, Google, etc.).

Current plans (Monthly from R$ 20/€12/$14 per client; Annual from R$ 15/€8/$9 per client) are prepaid. You may add clients at any time with prorated billing.

Cancellation: must be requested by email to suporte@maissocial.com.br. Once confirmed:

• Annual plan: amount paid is non-refundable (neither partial nor full). You continue using the platform normally until the end of the annual period.
• Monthly plan: cancellation ends the cycle. You keep access for 30 more days counted from the last payment date. After that, the account enters read-only mode.
• Free trial: can be discontinued any time at no cost — just do not pick a plan when it ends.

Data deletion: you may request permanent deletion of your agency at any time via "Settings → Danger zone". This action is IRREVERSIBLE and immediately removes all clients, posts, media, connected accounts, reports and users — no restoration option.

You agree not to use Mais Social for illegal purposes, to violate third-party rights, to send spam, defamatory, discriminatory content or content that infringes intellectual property.

We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms, without prejudice to any applicable legal action.

All content you publish through the platform remains your property (or your clients’). You grant us only the minimum licenses necessary to store, process and transmit that content to integrated platforms upon your request.

The service is provided “as is”. While we make reasonable efforts to maintain high availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We are not liable for lost profits, indirect losses or damages caused by temporary unavailability, failures of third-party APIs (Meta, Google) or third-party actions.

We may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated at least 15 days in advance by email or within the platform. Continued use after changes take effect implies acceptance.

These terms are governed by Brazilian law. Any disputes shall be brought before the court of the user’s domicile, unless otherwise required by law.
