The real day-to-day challenges

Posting daily without repeating what already went out

A restaurant needs to post daily — dish of the day Stories, promo post, kitchen Reels. In 30 days, you run out of ideas. You end up repeating the same steak photo from 3 weeks ago. The audience notices and engagement crashes.

Amateur plate photos don't sell — and the pro is expensive

Taking a beautiful food photo requires light, angle, editing. Phone shots end up with dull plates, messy backgrounds and washed-out color. Hiring a food photographer is R$ 800 to R$ 2,500 per session. And you need new photos every month.

"Today on the menu" Stories eat time every day

Every morning someone (usually the owner) opens Instagram, builds the dish-of-the-day Story, picks the sticker, location tag, hashtag. 15 minutes a day times 30 days = 7.5h/month of mechanical work that should be automated.

Google reviews go hours (or days) without a reply

A customer leaves a review praising or — worse — complaining. You only find out when you open Google Business Profile on Friday. In 72h, that negative review has been shown to 200 people deciding where to have lunch. A late reply looks like you don't care and pushes customers away.

How Mais Social solves

image-play

Daily Story scheduling with automatic rotation

You upload 30 to 60 photos at the start of the month. Mais Social schedules 2 to 3 Stories per day rotating without repeating. Includes location sticker, menu link and "order now" CTA. Your Stories stay active 24/7 without you opening Instagram once.

Media library with tags per dish and category

Each photo gets tags (appetizer, main course, dessert, drink, behind the scenes). Filter by category, automatically marks "already posted" and warns you when a photo hasn't run in 60 days. Use 100% of your library without repeating.

Google Business Profile integration

Post to Instagram and GBP at the same time (the plate photo becomes a Google post). Edit hours, featured photo and special offers without leaving Mais Social. Show up better on "restaurant near me" searches.

Before and after

Before Mais Social
  • 15 min/day (7.5h/month) building manual dish-of-the-day Stories
  • Repeated photo every 2 to 3 weeks — audience noticed and stopped interacting
  • Google reviews went 48 to 72h without response (only seen on Fridays)
  • GBP and Instagram updated at different times — info out of sync
With Mais Social
  • 40 min/week on Sundays — Stories run automatic for 7 days
  • Library with tags and rotation ensures variety — engagement up 64%
  • Alert in 5 minutes via app — every review answered within 1h
  • Single post updates Instagram + GBP simultaneously — info always consistent
I had 2 burger joints and zero time. I used to make Stories in the morning, at the counter, in a panic. After Mais Social I schedule the whole week Sunday night in 40 minutes. Stories run on their own. In 4 months we doubled DM orders and Google reviews became a daily barometer.

Frequently asked questions

Does it work for a dark kitchen that only sells on delivery apps?

Yes, very well. Even without a physical location, a strong Instagram presence and daily Stories sustain brand recognition and drive direct search on iFood/Rappi. We have dark kitchen clients earning 30% via their own brand (direct search) instead of just in-app discovery — much better margins. The seasonal food calendar (lunch special, happy hour, weekend) helps maintain consistency.

Do I need a professional photographer to make it worth it?

No. Most restaurants start with just well-edited phone shots. Our automatic editor adjusts light, color and framing for plate photos. For those wanting to level up, we have partnerships with food photographers in SP, RJ, BH, POA, Curitiba and Recife with discounts. But you can grow a lot with just a phone + good natural light + our editing.

Does the GBP integration publish posts or only update info?

Both. You post to Instagram and the same content (photo + adapted copy) goes to GBP as a post (shows up in search results for 7 days). We also update hours, featured photo, offers and reply to reviews directly from the dashboard. Covers your entire Google profile operation.

Can I schedule a Story to appear only at a specific time?

Yes. You define windows: lunch Stories between 10:30 and 13:00, happy hour Stories between 17:00 and 19:00, dinner Stories between 19:30 and 21:00. Mais Social distributes automatically respecting the windows you set. It also works by day of the week (feijoada Story only on Saturday, for example).

How much does it cost for a single-location restaurant?

The Restaurant plan starts at R$ 97/month with Instagram + GBP, daily Story scheduling, unlimited media library and review alerts. For chains with 2+ locations we have the Restaurant Multi plan (R$ 197/month) with 1 Instagram account per location and consolidated dashboard. Free 14-day trial on any plan.
