Why Mais Social is the choice for agencies
- Price 60-70% lower per active client on equivalent plans
- Truly unlimited workspaces — scaling agencies do not hit a ceiling
- Paid media reports (Meta + Google) included on the basic plan, not premium
- GA4 integrated directly into the client PDF
- Multi-language — you serve Brazilian clients in PT, Portuguese clients in EN or ES
- Modern stack (Next.js + Prisma) — no sluggishness inherited from 10 years of legacy
- Public API for custom integration (in beta)
What mLabs does well
- Huge installed base — your agency has probably used it at some point
- Well-polished internal image editor (no need to open Canva)
- Extensive bank of templates and post ideas
- Mature trainings and educational materials
- Established Brazilian support and community
Weaknesses
- High per-seat price for small agencies
- Per-plan client caps force upgrades as you grow
- Paid media reports stay on the expensive plans
- No multi-language — bad for those serving clients outside Brazil
- UI performance shows its age — some screens take time to load
Verdict
mLabs deserves the place it has — it opened the market, educated Brazilian agencies and remains a solid choice. For agencies starting out or with few clients, it can still make sense. For agencies that grew and hit plan limits, or that need consolidated paid media reports without an expensive upgrade, Mais Social delivers more for less. The practical decision: run both side by side for 14 days with 3 real clients and compare month-end report close time. Whoever wins takes your agency.
Try Mais Social free for 14 daysFrequently asked questions
mLabs is better-known. Why migrate?
Brand awareness is earned, but it is no reason to keep paying more. If you have hit your mLabs plan client limit or need consolidated Ads reports, Mais Social delivers it for less. We recommend running both in parallel during the 14-day trial and comparing.
Will I lose my scheduled post history when migrating?
Future scheduled posts need to be rescheduled (a technical limitation across every platform, not just ours). Published post history stays on Instagram/Meta — it does not disappear. We offer free assisted migration support for agencies with 10+ clients.
Is the Mais Social image editor as good as mLabs'?
Honestly, no. mLabs' editor has years of polish. We chose to integrate deeply with Canva (which many agencies already use) instead of duplicating effort. If an internal editor is a deal-breaker for you, it is worth considering.
Can I test with a few clients before migrating everyone?
Yes. In the trial you connect as many clients as you want within the plan. Many agencies migrate 3-4 clients first, validate for 30-60 days and then do the full switch.
Is Mais Social support at the same level as mLabs'?
We are smaller, so we answer faster (average 2h in business hours). We do not have a huge community like mLabs yet, but the founding team handles support directly — you talk to the people who decide the product.
